How it Works
- Complete a style profile and let them know you size, style, fit and budget.
- Request a trunk and let them know what you are looking for.
- You’ll pay a $25 styling fee, which is credited to your purchase (currently being waived but could end at any time) No charge for Nordstrom Cardmembers.
- You’ll receive a preview of your Trunk before it ships to see what your stylists have selected for you. You’ll have the opportunity to make edits or confirm the Trunk as is within 48 hours.
- When you accept your trunk they will authorize your card (NOT A CHARGE) just to prevent fraud. This will be released with 24-48 hours.
- Once complete, your Trunk will be on it’s way. Try everything on from the comfort of your home within 5 days. Keep what you love, send the rest back.
- Keep any item priced less then $50 and it will be free! Exchanges and returns are always free.
