HAVE YOU BOUGHT Kellogg’s CEREAL?

Right now there is a class action lawsuit against Kellogg’s brand cereal alleging that they tried to use misleading statements suggesting their cereals are healthy. Plaintiffs allege they are unhealthy because of their added sugar.

The Class Products include certain varieties and sizes of Kellogg’s Raisin Bran, Kellogg’s Frosted Mini Wheats, and Kellogg’s Smart Start.

If you purchased certain varieties of Kellogg’s brand cereals between August 29, 2012 and May 1, 2020, you may be a Class Member entitled to monetary compensation. The amount depends on the type and amount of cereal bought during the claim period. The average claim will be around $16. Remember, It is against the law to fill out the form if you do not qualify.
