Right now there is a class action lawsuit against Palmers alleging that they used false claims about their products.
This lawsuit alleges that Palmers misled customers by stating their products are “for stretch marks” and “help reduce the appearance of stretch marks”. They claim these statements are false and misleading.
If between December 31, 2016, and March 15, 2022, you purchased any of the following products manufactured, sold, or distributed under the brand name “Palmer’s” that stated “for stretch marks” or “helps reduce the appearance of stretch marks” on the labels, including “Palmer’s Massage Lotion for Stretch Marks,” “Palmer’s Massage Cream for Stretch Marks,” and “Palmer’s Tummy Butter for Stretch Marks.”, you may be a Class Member entitled to monetary compensation.
The Settlement offers a Cash Payment award. Remember, It is against the law to fill out the form if you do not qualify.
