Right now there is a class action lawsuit against Windex alleging that certain products were misleadingly labelled and marketed.

This lawsuit  claims that the non-toxic labels on certain Windex® glass cleaners are false and misleading. 

If you purchased Windex® Original Glass Cleaner, Windex® Vinegar Glass Cleaner, Windex® Ammonia-Free Glass Cleaner, or Windex® Multi-Surface Glass Cleaner labeled “non-toxic” from January 1, 2019 to July 9, 2021, you may be a Class Member entitled to monetary compensation. The Settlement offers a Cash Payment award of $1 per bottle purchased, unlimited claims if you have proof. Remember, It is against the law to fill out the form if you do not qualify.
