No Digital Convenience

Boomers grew up without the internet, smartphones, or even personal computers. They had to rely on physical maps, landline phones, and handwritten letters.

The oil crisis of the 1970s, high inflation rates, and economic recessions made financial stability a challenge for many Boomers during their prime working years.

Cold War Tensions

Living under the constant threat of nuclear war and the tension between the US and the USSR was a real concern for Boomers.

College and university education wasn’t as accessible, and many Boomers had to work their way through school or skip it altogether.

Entertainment Limitations

With only a few TV channels and no streaming services, entertainment options were limited.

Traveling, whether domestically or internationally, was more expensive and less accessible, making the world a much bigger place.

Cultural Shifts

Boomers witnessed significant cultural shifts, from traditional values to more liberal ones, requiring adaptability and understanding.
