Just head over to Target’s website and apply for a Debit or Credit account. They will mail you a coupon that can be used twice, once on Target.com and once in-store!

RedCard Reloadable account is excluded from this offer. The coupon will be mailed to approved cardholders with their RedCard and will be valid through 9/18/23.
