Claim Your Free Quaker Coupons If You Purchased Recalled Products

In a follow-up to their December 15, 2023, announcement, the Quaker Oats Company has expanded its product recall on January 11, 2024, to include additional cereals, bars, and snacks. This expansion is due to the potential contamination with Salmonella, a bacterium that can cause serious health issues, particularly in young children, the elderly, and those with weakened immune systems.
This recall now encompasses a variety of products such as Quaker Chewy Granola Bars, Cap’n Crunch Bars, select Cereals, Gamesa Marias Cereal, Gatorade Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein Bars, Munchies Munch Mix, and Snack Boxes containing these items.
Products Included in the Recall
For a complete list of the recalled items, including details like UPC, product name, and images, Quaker has categorized the information as follows:
- Quaker Granola Bars
- Quaker Cereal
- Cap’n Crunch Treat Bars, Cereal, Instant Oatmeals
- Gamesa Marias Cereal
- Gatorade Protein Peanut Butter Chocolate Bars
- Munchies Mix Munch Mix
- Snack Boxes
It’s important to note that products not affected by the recall include Quaker Oats, Quaker Instant Oats, Quaker Grits, Quaker Oat Bran, Quaker Oat Flour, and Quaker Rice Snacks.
How to Claim Your Coupons
If you have purchased any of the impacted products and haven’t requested reimbursement yet, here’s how you can claim your free Quaker coupons:
- Visit the recall website at https://www.quakerrecallusa.com/.
- Scroll down and click on the “Get Started” button to use the Quaker Virtual Assistant.
- Select the category of your affected product, describe it, mention the pack count, how many boxes you purchased, and the price you paid for each.
- Complete the form to finalize your coupon claim request.
Quaker is diligently processing all previously submitted requests for reimbursement. If you have additional impacted products, you can follow the same steps to submit another claim.
Affected items are distributed throughout the 50 United States, Puerto Rico, Guam, and Saipan. The Quaker Oats Company urges consumers to check their homes for the recalled products and dispose of them accordingly.
