Apple Family Sharing Plan Class Action Settlement
A class action settlement has been authorized against Apple Inc. regarding its Family Sharing feature. If you were part of an Apple Family Sharing group with at least one other member and purchased a subscription to an app (not published by Apple) through the App Store between June 21, 2015, and January 30, 2019, this notice is important for you.
The lawsuit alleged that Apple misrepresented the ability to share app subscriptions using the Family Sharing feature. While Apple denies any wrongdoing, the settlement may entitle eligible Class Members to a Class Payment. This applies to U.S. residents who meet these criteria during the specified period.
Claim Deadline: March 1, 2024, is the final date to submit your claim form.
Fabuloso Class Action Settlement
A settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit against Colgate-Palmolive concerning certain Fabuloso cleaning products. The lawsuit alleged deceptive and misleading practices related to the manufacturing, marketing, and sale of these products, which were part of a nationwide recall announced on February 8, 2023. This settlement covers individuals who purchased select Fabuloso products between December 14, 2022, and November 14, 2023. Notably, no proof of purchase is required to be part of this settlement.
Claim Deadline: March 13, 2024, is the final date to submit your claim form.
Ashley Furniture Class Action Lawsuit
A recent class action lawsuit against Ashley Furniture alleged misleading pricing practices. A settlement has been proposed in this case, pending in the Superior Court of California, County of San Diego. If approved, Ashley Furniture will provide eligible customers with a $30 voucher. This settlement covers purchases made at corporate-owned Ashley Furniture stores outside California between March 9, 2017, and March 31, 2022, and online purchases made from April 13, 2018, to March 31, 2022.
Claim Deadline: December 23, 2023, is the final date to submit your claim form.
Overcharged Chicken Class Action
If you bought fresh or frozen raw chicken (in one of the qualifying states listed below) between Jan. 1, 2009, and July 31, 2019, you may be eligible to receive a payment. You can receive cash without proof of purchase. To receive payment from this Settlement, you must submit a Claim Form online. File by 12/31/2023

Equifax Breach Class Action
