Right now there is a class action lawsuit against Godiva Chocolate alleging that they did not make their products in Belgium.
This lawsuit alleges that Godiva Chocolate Products were advertised as being made in Belgium when they are not exclusively manufactured there. Godiva denies the allegations.
If you purchased Godiva Chocolate Products during the time period of January 31, 2015 through October 26, 2021 , you may be a Class Member entitled to monetary compensation. The Settlement offers a Cash Payment award. Remember, It is against the law to fill out the form if you do not qualify.
