These savings cards are reusable, so you can save on multiple prescription fills.

To participate, visit the EpiPen4Schools website to download the order and certification form, then fax or email the form with a valid prescription. There’s no requirement to purchase additional EpiPen Auto-Injectors or any other Viatris Inc. products.
