This exclusive program invites selected customers to test and review products sold at Target, and provides them with free products in exchange for honest and detailed feedback. In this post, we’ll show you how to increase your chances of getting invited to this coveted program and start receiving free products from Target!
What is Target Bullseye Insiders?
Bullseye Insiders is a consumer community program run by Target. The program seeks your opinions on their products and your shopping habits. The ultimate goal? To potentially secure an invitation to their reviewer program.
Here’s how it works: Target will reach out to you via email a few times each month. You’ll be asked to provide your honest thoughts through a series of surveys and online discussion forums over the course of the year. In return, you’ll gain insider insights into Target, access to sneak peeks, and the chance to win Target gift cards.
PLUS, you have a chance to be invited to the super awesome Hey Bullseye reviewer program. Trust me you want in. They invite the most active members of the Bullseye Insiders. So make sure to participate as much as you can to possible get the coveted invite.
The Perks of Being a Bullseye Insider
As a Bullseye Insider, you’ll not only get the chance to share your opinions and insights on Target’s products, but you’ll also be among the first to know about new products and promotions. This means you’ll have the opportunity to try out new items before they hit the shelves, giving you a unique advantage as a consumer.

Tips for Getting Accepted into Bullseye Insiders
Bullseye Insiders is OPEN and it’s available to everyone. But, it seems certain demographics are getting in and other ones are not. It seems like Hispanic males in 20-35 age range that live in Ohio are getting easily. (hint)
Bullseye Insiders vs. Hey Bullseye: What’s the Difference?
To clarify, Bullseye Insiders and Hey Bullseye are two separate entities. Hey Bullseye is an invite-only product testing club. The way to secure an invite is to join and actively participate in Bullseye Insiders, which could potentially lead to an invitation to the Hey Bullseye Reviewer Program.
The Power of Your Reviews
Your reviews matter. They help other customers make informed decisions and help Target improve their products. By providing honest and detailed reviews, you’re contributing to a better shopping experience for everyone.

As a hispanic male living in Ohio who was recently accepted into the program, how can I give them an out of state address that belongs to another (um my wife?) Target rewards member without them thinking something is up?
I would like to test products for you. I’m very transparent on my thoughts on the products.
