Joining the Brand Power Home Tester Club is a great way to test products before they are released. Not only do members receive free or reduced product to test, but they also get an opportunity to provide real-time feedback on the products.

What is Home Tester Club?
Home Tester Club is an online community of shoppers who test products and share reviews to help fellow shoppers buy better. Home Tester Club is home to thousands of product reviews, and by joining the club, you’ll be eligible to participate in free product tests, with samples delivered straight to your doorstep.
(I can confirm this site is legit! I actually got a totally FREE washing machine from them to test!!)
How does Home Tester Club Work?
After you create an account and log in, head over to the TEST page. There you find all the available product tests. It will look something like this:
For each of the trials available you will need to sign up for each of the ones that interest you. (Skip the ones you don’t like). They will usually ask you a few questions to see if your a fit for the test and confirm your mailing address.
After you apply, just sit back and wait. You’ll usually get an email alerting you that you have been selected. Note: Sometimes a package shows up at your door before the email!
Tip: Make sure your signed up for delivery alerts so you know when a package is being sent to your address. Learn more here.
If you are selected they will mail you the product free of charge for you to try at home. Try it out and take note of what you like or dislike about the product. All they ask in return is that you complete a short survey to tell them what you think about those products! There are no costs associated with being a member – but they do hope you’ll write reviews and get involved in their competitions.

Tips to get picked for product testing
- Always fill out your full profile and be honest. Make sure to keep it updated if anything changes.
- Make sure you complete any surveys or questionnaires asap so they know you are responsive and interested.
- During the application process talk about why you’re best suited to test the product. Give them a good reason to pick you!

Unfortunately it looks like this is not for US Citzens
I signed up for this last month, every time I click on home tested, it said all products are currently being home tested, none left, to do the learn and win survey. Been checking back daily to see if the home tested link had changed. Nothing. Now today still the same, no products available, but tbe learn and win link is gone. So when can I actually request a product to test? Will they contact me or do I need to still keep checking it daily? Or do you think I just didn’t qualify?
No you don’t have to check it daily they will email you when new products are available. It took a while before I got my first one. It could be 2 days or 2 months. Now that your signed up just sit back and wait for an email. 🙂
